4 Jewish Celebrity Moms Who Opened Up About Their Postpartum Depression

Struggling with postpartum depression is not unusual at all–in fact, it’s pretty common. You may not realize that over 400,000 women in the U.S. suffer from postpartum depression every year–and a lot of them suffer alone. What’s even worse is the fact that only 15% of those moms get treatment.

This is why I rounded up four of my favorite quotes from Jewish celebrity moms who’ve been there–because it’s important to raise awareness on how prevalent, and serious, postpartum depression is. No mom should suffer alone–or feel as if they can just shake off the feelings themselves.
